The teachers and staff at the school have been a part of our lives since early 2012. Each day we dropped the kids off was like leaving them with trusted and loving family members. Often we don't see the quiet moments the staff share in consoling the children with a snuggle, not to mention the curriculum taught. Oliver was more than ready for kindergarten, both socially/emotionally and academically. The school has never asked for anything (in particular donations) and I'd like to do what I can to help them provide quality care to more children.
During this holiday/giving season, please consider a donation of $5 or more to support early learning.Thank you,
The early years are crucial. Join me in supporting real change. Let's support good in the world and make a difference. At-risk children attending quality early education programs can make great progress and enter kindergarten at grade level. The achievement gap opens long before preschool begins; it starts at birth and once a child falls behind, they stay behind. The rewards of early childhood learning do not simply benefit the individual, however. There are positive repercussions for the entire community. Every dollar invested in early care and education generates a savings return of more than $16! The savings accrue from reduced costs for special education, public welfare, criminal justice, and additional social services. I firmly believe that we are all responsible for building the healthy foundations of the next generation.
Just a small donation will go a long way to helping me meet my goal for SNYDER UNION MIFFLIN CHILD DEVELOPMENT INC
